Requesting account and data erasure
ATHEVIO does not offer a self-service "delete account" button. To permanently erase your account and all associated personal and client data, contact support from your registered email address. Support verifies control of your account and the consequences of erasure before making any change; verified requests are completed within 30 days. Cancelling a paid subscription alone does not delete your account or data - your data remains available, read-only, for six months so you can export it or resubscribe.
